Since 2008, we have been developing an ERP system that allows an international fund to successfully invest and conduct its operations. We are not very public. For that reason, we will reveal further details only in a personal conversation. You will have likely heard of us and may be pleasantly surprised!

We’ve grown to a team of over 60 and are constantly looking for talented individuals to join us. We are looking for Software Project Managers to lead development of applications.

What you will do

• Work on several applications inside an existing internal ERP system (on all software life-cycle phases: from initial creation from scratch, constant development to the continuous support)
• Organize a smooth work of a dedicated team (7-10 members), consisting of backend, frontend, mobile developers, UX/UI designers and QA engineers
• Plan team’s workload (monthly, weekly) to make the development process predictable but agile
• Ensure that software features meet stakeholders expectations
• Elicit requirements, design features, setting understandable tasks for the development team, conduct user acceptance testing
• Communicate with stakeholders, conduct in-depth interviews about new features and malfunctions, and organize demonstrations, collect the feedback on the software
• Organize malfunction investigations reported by users
• Manage documentation (user manuals, business and technical requirements, regular reports)
• Manage the deployment process
• Proactively participate in company’s development: continuous improvements, new processes development and implementation, optimization of the existing workflows and procedures
