✅Looking for a Demand Manager.

🟢The role is the key entry and management point for all requests coming from the Bank to OCT and the partner consultant. We ensure transparency, manageability, and quality of task execution at the intersection of three parties.

🦸We are looking for a specialist who will organize the flow of incoming tasks, ensure effective team coordination, and maintain a high level of SLA.

💼Role responsibilities:

• Accept and qualify incoming requests from the Bank, log them in Jira (or a similar tracker)
• Route tasks between OCT and the partner consultant, determine their type, priority, and urgency
• Maintain and update the request backlog, agree on priorities with Bank representatives and within OCT
• Coordinate the work of performers within a single request, organize sync meetings and working sessions
• Monitor deadlines and quality of results before handover to the Bank, timely escalate delays and blockers
• Act as a single point of communication for the Bank, prepare regular reports on the backlog, workload, and keep meeting minutes

🛠What professional experience is important:

• Practical experience in the role of Demand Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar - from 2 years in banks
• Experience working with banking clients (fintech direction)
• Understanding of IT development and IT consulting processes
• Experience in multi-party interaction models (vendor / client / subcontractor)
• Structured thinking, ability to work with priorities under high load
• High level of communication - both written and oral
• Conversational English or Armenian level

⚙️Key role metrics:

Routing Speed - Time from request submission to assignee assignment On-time Completion - % of requests completed within the set deadlines Backlog Quality - Relevance and completeness of the backlog Bank Satisfaction - Customer satisfaction rating for communication quality
