We are looking for a Project Manager to help the team effectively implement IT projects, build transparent processes, and ensure quality results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support projects at all stages of development.
• Organize and conduct team meetings: Daily, Grooming, Planning, Demo, Retrospective, and other working meetings.
• Forecast, control, and update task deadlines.
• Formulate and support the release plan, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Create, describe, and track tasks in Jira.
• Manage the product backlog and keep it up-to-date.
• Prioritize tasks and bugs based on business needs and product goals.
• Coordinate the work of the product team, distribute tasks and resources.
• Interact with development, analytics, testing, sales, and support teams.
• Process requests from internal departments and ensure their timely implementation.
• Manage project risks and initiate corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Conduct one-to-one meetings, maintain a healthy team atmosphere, and help resolve conflicts.
• Support individual employee development plans.
• Participate in the development and optimization of internal team processes.

What we expect

• At least 1 year of experience in IT project management with a team of 8 or more people.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding of the web and mobile development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the main stages of software development and interaction between process participants.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace services.
• Skills in preparing technical and project documentation.
• Ability to work with a large volume of information and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of MVP principles and scope management.
• Risk management and decision-making skills.
• Experience in organizing processes and communication within a team.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams will be an advantage.
• Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate and find compromises.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and results orientation.
• Proficient oral and written communication.
