We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team and take charge of managing the company's key projects. Your task is to ensure the successful implementation of projects: from initiation to full completion, in line with strategic business goals.

• Manage projects at all stages: from initiation to completion (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Plan timelines, resources, and budget, control execution and reporting.
• Coordinate the project team's work and interact with adjacent departments.
• Work with stakeholders: transparent communication, facilitation, retrospectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, maintain project documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize tasks and increase productivity.
• Participate in the development of project standards and process improvements within the PMO.

Requirements:

Professional Skills:

• Higher education in project management, economics, IT, or related disciplines (preferred).

• Work experience as a Project Manager for at least 1 year.

• Proven experience in successful implementation of complex projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.

• Experience in preparing project documentation (charter, reports, risk assessment, communication plan).

• Proficiency in visualization and planning tools: Gantt charts, Kanban boards.

• Experience working with OKRs and KPIs in projects.

• Ability to maintain project reporting for internal and external management. Tools:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).

• Google Sheets, Jira, Notion - for project management.

• Languages and Communication:

• Fluent in Russian and Uzbek.

• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Miro, Canva - for preparing presentations and infographics.

• Use of GPT/AI tools in work (for planning, analytics, presentation preparation, etc.).

• Working hours: Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00.
