Due to active development and expansion, our company announces a competition for the vacancy of Project Manager Assistant (GameDev).
Your responsibilities:
- Development of plans, their approval and execution;
- Entering, managing, and controlling tasks in the task tracker;
- Interaction with the project producer;
- Monitoring the execution of deadlines, quality, and overall team performance on projects;
- Controlling development timelines under incomplete and/or frequently changing requirements, managing development processes, and project infrastructure;
- Assisting the team in resolving operational issues;
- Working with iOS, Android platforms;
- Project reporting.
General requirements:
- Experience in an administrative position as a manager or in the IT sphere;
- Higher education (or specialized courses in IT, project management, or game development);
- Ability to work with Google tools, Redmine, Mattermost;
- Ability to build a project roadmap and adhere to timelines;
- Risk management skills, deadline forecasting, and budget adherence;
- Developed communication and leadership skills;
- High degree of organization and prioritization skills;
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty;
- Diligence;
- Responsibility;
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changes during the work process.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with iOS, Android platforms;
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
- Interest in the city-builder genre and understanding of the gaming audience;
- Experience as an IT Project Manager.
