Hi! 👋 We are Vaveda Games LLC Games, an independent game studio creating projects in the casual, hybrid-casual, and midcore genres.

We have an opening for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing several game projects at different stages — from idea to release, and LiveOps. 🚀

Guys, experience in mobile game development is IMPORTANT to us (we are looking for someone who knows the specifics of production in mobile games)!

Our portfolio includes 4 projects in global launch with 100M+ downloads. All of them are actively developing and iterating with the publisher SayGames. Currently, we are 70+ people. Offices are located in Minsk and Cyprus, but the team is distributed, with colleagues working from different parts of the world. 🌍

🎯 What tasks await you

• Full lifecycle project management: from idea and planning to global release and subsequent support;
• Managing several cross-functional teams and coordinating their work;
• Supporting, optimizing, and developing existing processes, implementing effective pipelines for new teams;
• Conducting team and individual meetings (planning, daily, grooming, retrospectives, 1:1s, participation in performance reviews);
• Maintaining and updating project documentation;
• Interaction with PMO and Producer;
• Working in a task tracker.

🤝 What we value in a candidate

• At least 2 years of experience in a Gamedev company - mandatory;
• Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously;
• Experience implementing agile methodologies;
• Ability to plan and allocate resources, estimate timelines and risks;
• Good communication skills and the ability to find common ground with different specialists.

➕ Will be a plus:

• Experience working on casual, hybrid-casual, or midcore projects;
• Experience interacting with distributed teams.
