Project Manager Middle+ (Telegram Mini Apps / Web)
Responsibilities:
- Managing development: controlling the product and feature creation process at all stages — from concept to release.
- Team coordination: planning and managing tasks for a cross-functional team (2D, animation, UI/UX, GD, Frontend, Backend, QA).
- Requirements handling: gathering, formalizing, and aligning requirements with product stakeholders and business.
- Planning and synchronization: updating roadmap and project plans, managing dependencies, synchronizing expectations of all process participants.
- Documentation: maintaining order and relevance of project documentation (together with Lead Game Designer).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and ability to apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in practice.
- Proficient in Confluence and Jira (ability to configure automation will be your advantage).
- Basic proficiency in Figma (sufficient for understanding mockups and assigning tasks to designers).
- Developed soft skills: ability to maintain a healthy team atmosphere, skill to convey information clearly and structured to colleagues and stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on game-dev projects for Web, Mobile, or Telegram Mini Apps.
- Technical background (experience as a frontend/backend developer or QA engineer).
