Press Fire Games was founded by leading engineers, technical directors, art directors, and game directors with over 20 years of industry experience, who were at the forefront of creating and developing mobile tanks. Moreover, our key partners include ByteDance (TikTok), MGVC, and others.
Our team consists of passionate professionals who create new technologies and mobile games, sharing their expertise with each other!
We have developed our own cross-platform engine that allows us to create games with excellent graphics and gameplay. Using it, we created the mobile shooter Battle Prime, which has garnered over 17 million installations and has a rating above 4.5 in the AppStore and GooglePlay.
We are not resting on our laurels and continue to work on new projects. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to strengthen our team on a sports project.
Upcoming Tasks
- Coordinate game development at all stages, managing priorities, tasks, and team workload. Ensure process transparency, interdepartmental synchronization, and active stakeholder engagement.
- Formulate and improve production processes, including planning, deadline management, resource optimization, and budget control, ensuring their efficiency and alignment with project goals.
- Identify potential risks and remove obstacles, facilitating timely integration and stable development progress.
- Ensure development aligns with business objectives, maintaining a balance between strategy, quality, and user experience.
- Guarantee high-level milestone completion by implementing quality standards and refining development approaches.
- Interact with teams, management, and partners, providing accurate and timely information on development status and key milestones.
Our Expectations from the Candidate
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale game projects (20+ people) at various stages – from inception and active development to live operations.
- Proven experience in building processes from scratch, managing cross-functional teams, and leading complex production cycles.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and other project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Kanban, ToC.
- Understanding of the Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and resources.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Lark, MS Project, and others), ensuring transparency and efficiency in planning.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, enabling informed decision-making in a multitasking environment.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.
