In connection with active development and expansion, our company announces a competition for the vacancy of Project Manager (GameDev).
Your responsibilities:
- Development, approval, and execution of development plans;
- Identification, planning, and control of risks;
- Coordination and optimization of team work processes;
- Control of development deadlines under incomplete and/or frequently changing requirements, management of development processes, project infrastructure;
- Project reporting;
- Interaction with the project producer, assistance in conducting final interviews for the team (which you will then work with);
- Monitoring the execution of deadlines, quality, and overall team performance on projects.
General requirements:
- Experience managing a "dev and art team";
- Successful experience as a PM on gaming projects;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks;
- Results-oriented;
- Ability to motivate the team and lead it to success;
- Understanding of video game development methodologies and processes.
Will be a plus:
- Proficiency in English at or above Intermediate level (spoken and written);
- Technical background and ability to speak the same language with developers;
