We are looking for a proactive project manager to join our team!
This role involves working with both long-term initiatives and short-term projects of various scales. In the long run, there is potential to expand the area of responsibility to developing the project management function at the company-wide level: establishing approaches, standards, and project management practices.

Role tasks:
- Managing changes, implementing and developing effective approaches to development and project management at the team and company level;
- Managing a cross-functional team of ~10 people (Unity developers, backend, UX/UI, artists, game designers);
- End-to-end launch and development of a major IT project (loyalty platform / quest hub);
- Creating the product roadmap and managing the backlog together with the Product Manager;
- Decomposing tasks and ensuring status transparency for all participants;
- Sprint and resource planning, balancing business priorities and team workload;
- Identifying risks and technical constraints, timely escalation and proposing solutions;
- Setting up and controlling work processes in YouTrack;
- Synchronizing development, business, and design, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
We expect you to:
- Have 2–3+ years of experience launching and developing technological IT products in the role of Project Manager / Team Lead / Technical Manager or Delivery Manager;
- Have worked with B2C products related to user retention and engagement (loyalty programs, gamification, engagement mechanics);
- Have experience working with complex technical products and be able to effectively interact with development teams (backend + frontend).
- Be motivated to develop processes, ready to lead changes and want to directly influence the formation of the function and business results.
