We are WeLoPlay.com - an independent gamedev studio, we create casual and hypercasual web games. ★ One of the leaders in the web game market ★ Our projects are launched over 40,000,000 times each month ★ We release 20+ games per year ★ A team of 15+ specialists ★ 4-day work week (32 hours)

We are looking for an experienced PM who is ready to set up and rebuild all production processes from scratch.

🧩 Tasks • Production management; • Planning and synchronization of releases/iterations across directions; • Control of deadlines, dependencies, workload, and bottlenecks; • Organization of processes (systematization, unified rules, documentation); • Coordination of work between departments (GD, Art, Dev, QA); • Control of team efficiency.

✅ What we expect • Commercial experience in managing production of 20+ people - from 3 years; • Strong deadline culture; • Ability to work with workload and capacity; • Ability to analyze and adapt quickly; • Desire to take responsibility for the result (and not for "process for process's sake"); • Ability to build communication with all team members.
