We are looking for a Project Manager for a cross-functional marketing team responsible for the full cycle of development and delivery of all types of creatives for performance marketing of the Group and casual games.

The main task of the Project Manager is to connect the team's daily work with marketing goals and ensure results by building transparent processes, communication, documenting decisions, and ensuring their execution.

Tasks:

• Own processes and offload operational burden from leads and the team: coordination, synchronization, deadline control, regulations.
• Ensure the link between project marketing goals → Marketing Production work plan: decomposition into tasks/creatives, prioritization, progress, risks, and status control.
• Manage creative orders and planning: prioritization, deadline estimation, monthly plan execution, correct handling of urgent requests.
• Manage resources and capacity (inhouse + outsource): highlight deficits, help scale capacity, and stay within budget limits.
• Improve end-to-end creative production processes and increase predictability: reduce bottlenecks, shorten time-to-market, implement rules, regulations, rituals.
• Ensure transparency and communication: regular status updates, documenting agreements, managing dependencies at team interfaces.
• Reduce the team's manual work through automation and selection of suitable tools.

• Successful experience in implementing cross-team processes in teams of 30+ people.
• Successful experience in reducing time-to-market.
• Successful experience in setting up workflows between different teams.
• Ability to use ChatGPT and other neural networks in daily work.
• Experience with data: automation, processing, analytics.
• Ability to simply explain complex changes to the team.
• Confident proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, visualization).
• Proficiency in Miro and other visual communication tools.
• Analytical and systematic thinking combined with flexibility and proactivity.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of performance marketing basics.
• Knowledge of creative production basics (stages, tools).
• Deep knowledge of Asana, ability to build custom solutions with automations.
• Experience in game development, creative production.
