Project Manager
An indie studio is looking for a talented PM to manage complex but cool story-driven PC projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project management in Jira+Confluence
- Creation and updating of Roadmaps/Sprints
- Daily task distribution and deadline tracking
- Maintaining effective team communication
- Timely informing management about emerging difficulties
- Keeping records of calls and composing follow-ups
- Tracking the correctness of report writing
- Monitoring employees' adherence to internal company rules when using services and messengers
- Full project involvement
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in task and process automation (bots, n8n, etc.)
- Experience with modern AI-based tools (cli-agents, mcp, etc.)
- Jira+Confluence configuration skills
- Experience in creating roadmaps/sprints
- Experience working with difficult clients, ability to find compromises
- Ability to present one's position with arguments
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, understanding of game development processes.
- Work experience in the following programs: Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs.
- Stable high-speed internet.
