MedTech platform MedRocket is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Role Objective:

• To effectively organize product development for the timely and high-quality delivery of value to the user and the business

Responsibilities:

• Design functionality and prepare descriptions of its operating principles
• Decompose and assign tasks, distribute them among performers, and monitor their completion
• Coordinate the work of the product team — developers, designer, testers
• Prioritize tasks in the backlog (together with the product manager)
• Promptly plan and monitor adherence to planned deadlines
• Organize work processes
• Evaluate the effectiveness of changes in the product and processes

How product development is organized:

• The project manager works in a single product team with a product manager, UX designer, team lead, developers, and testers
• They operate on quarterly OKRs and two-week scrum sprints
• Once a week, the product manager, project manager, and UX designer meet with the founders to synchronize plans and define the product roadmap

Candidate Expectations:

• You have worked or are working as a project manager in IT
• You can work in a cross-functional team
• You have knowledge in the field of IT project methodology and development (it's especially great if you have experience with Agile teams)
• You have a thorough understanding of the stages and principles of software development and testing
• You possess systemic thinking, and are excellent at structuring and analyzing information
• You can build effective communication (ask the right questions, provide concise and comprehensive answers)
• You were born with a sense of control over deadlines and processes
