We are the Units team. We develop banking platforms and high-load services for top banks and IT companies in Russia. In recent years, we have implemented over 40 projects for leaders of the financial market and top 5 banks in Russia. Our products help companies accelerate processes, increase transparency, and take digital services to the next level.
Currently, our client is launching a strategic project for the import substitution of banking cash collection systems (for individuals and legal entities). Key goals: migrating from a monolithic to a microservices architecture and tripling the maximum load indicators.
In connection with this, we are looking for a Project Manager who will take charge of this large-scale initiative.
Tasks to be addressed:
— Project management: deadlines, budget, results.
— Risk and change management, coordination of stakeholders from the Client and all involved teams.
— Coordination with related projects and project teams.
— Expectation and communication management, regular project reporting.
— Execution of instructions from the manager.
What we expect:
— Project management experience of 3+ years (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
— Ability to plan, maintain budget and deadlines, and resist scope creep.
— Skills in managing risks, changes, and conflicts — aiming for a win-win outcome.
— Experience in conducting procurement procedures.
— Ability to gather and approve requirements, identify ambiguities at the input stage.
— Experience in organizing CI/CD and managing delivery quality.
— Confident command of MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
— Skill in structuring information, assigning tasks, and controlling them.
Will be a plus:
— Understanding of bank architecture and microservices.
— Experience in import substitution projects or in the financial sector.
