Project Manager (fintech, remote)

Responsibilities
- Establish project management within the IT team: from assessing the current state to implementing a working planning and reporting system.
- Manage the backlog together with the CTO, balance the team's workload across several products.
- Align business goals with the IT work plan, link tasks to key events and deadlines.
- Ensure transparency for business stakeholders: regular status updates, clear deadlines, team workload.
- Serve as a single point of contact between business and development: accepting tasks from marketing, sales, technical support, product managers.
- Analyze team workload and justify resource requirements.
What We Expect from You
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product-based IT company.
- Experience in building processes from scratch or transforming them deeply.
- Experience working with a team of 10–20 people and several parallel products.
- Ability to create clear business-oriented reporting: deadlines, statuses, workload.
- Skills in prioritization, task decomposition, iteration planning.
- Understanding of the development process sufficient for substantive discussion with the CTO and team leads.
- Proactivity (you don't wait for tasks — you come with solutions yourself), systematic approach, focus on results, and ability to find common ground with different people in the team.
Will be a plus
- Experience in highly dynamic domains: FinTech, iGaming, HR Tech, AdTech.
- Examples of work artifacts: reports, dashboards, planning formats.
