Operations Manager

An international iGaming holding company is looking for an Operations Manager to help build and optimize internal processes, as well as become a reliable support for the head and the team 🤝

🎯Responsibilities:

• Management of departmental finances; • Documentation (regulations, reports, databases, work files, roadmaps); • Planning of resources and team workload; • Building and optimizing marketing processes; • Optimizing funnels (acquisition → retention → reactivation); • Controlling the effectiveness of channels and teams.

🎯Requirements:

• Experience working in marketing teams; • Experience in iGaming and B2B; • Project management (Jira, Asana, Notion); • Dashboard building (Tableau); • Ability to work with AI tools; • Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level: pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
