Position: Business Operation Lead Company: BCRAFT (IGaming B2B SaaS) Schedule: remote job / full time We are an international IT company developing innovative software products in the iGaming sphere.

Role Mission: You will be responsible for implementing corporate standards, monitoring their compliance, developing the system of operational metrics, the quality of management information, and process execution transparency.

Responsibilities: • Ensure the implementation and compliance with corporate processes and standards. • Monitor process execution, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions. • Conduct regular audits of the operational activities of departments. • Monitor the fulfillment of agreements and interaction between teams.

Metrics and Efficiency: • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics. • Build a system for measuring efficiency and regular management reporting. • Analyze indicators, monitor data quality, identify deviations and their causes. • Monitor compliance with Jira work standards: task creation, decomposition, workflow, statuses, and attributes. • Ensure a unified approach to Task Management and implement best Jira practices. • Monitor the quality of corporate documentation in Confluence, the relevance of the knowledge base, and unified formatting standards. • Assist departments in describing processes, instructions, and regulations, and foster a documentation culture.

We expect: • Experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Operational Excellence, or a similar role. • Experience implementing KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and management reporting. • Understanding of process management and experience implementing corporate processes. • Proficient in Jira and Confluence, understanding of Task Management principles. • Strong analytical and systemic skills, high level of independence.

Will be an advantage: • Experience in B2B SaaS / iGaming • Experience working with international distributed teams • Experience scaling processes in fast-growing companies
