What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 1.5 years of experience managing game development projects.
• Experience working with art teams, PC projects, or outsourcing teams would be highly relevant.
• A solid understanding of the full game development cycle, from concept development to release and post-launch support.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as an understanding of when to apply them.
• Experience in project planning and managing timelines, risks, resources, and budgets.
• Experience building, analyzing, and optimizing production workflows.
• Confident proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to make decisions, set priorities, and stay focused in uncertain or changing circumstances.
• The ability to establish clear and effective communication between specialists from different disciplines.
• A responsible, proactive, and highly engaged approach to work.
• Willingness to work with 18+ content.
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher.

• Experience working on Steam projects.
• Experience coordinating art teams.
• Experience in outsourcing or outstaffing game development.
• Participation in the release of a commercial game project.
