What you will do

• Manage full-cycle projects: from estimation and planning to launch
• Form project teams and manage resources
• Control project timelines, quality, and budget
• Coordinate the work of development, design teams, and clients
• Participate in solving technical and organizational issues
• Maintain and support project documentation
• Manage risks and priorities at all stages of the project

What is important to us

• Experience in game, interactive, or marketing projects for at least 2 years
• Understanding of gamification and product approach
• Analytical approach and systemic thinking
• Strong result orientation
• Developed communication skills
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma
