What will be your tasks:
- Follow the trends of the 18-24 year old audience, memes, and what's happening on social media
- Brainstorm ideas for posts, reels, memes, and other formats together with colleagues
- Look for interesting news hooks and quickly figure out how to react to them
- Assist with texts, references, and content preparation
- Monitor comments and audience reactions
- Look at statistics and understand why one post went viral and another didn't.
We expect you to have:
- The key is social media awareness and understanding of what's happening there
- The ability to distinguish a funny meme from a boring corporate one
- The desire and ability to propose and explain ideas
- The desire to learn and a calm attitude towards edits
- Readiness to try and experiment a lot.
It will be a big plus if you have your own Telegram channel, TikTok, public page, meme page, or just a folder with ideas that no one has ever seen. Show it to us.
