We are looking for a junior UX Editor who will ensure the consistency of Tochka Bank's Tone of Voice in interfaces and communications, as well as assist in service development.
We are creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by more than 800,000 clients.

About the Team
You will be working in a team that is setting up the digital environment for employees. The team develops our corporate portal, messenger, and other internal tools that thousands of employees use daily.
You will become a full member of the team and solve tasks together with your colleagues. Our editors participate in discovery and user journey design, and they also pay close attention to the rhythm and tonality of the text.
What You Will Do
- Write texts for internal products: work with interfaces, newsletters, and notifications.
- Find solutions together with product managers and designers, and get involved in scenario development from the very beginning.
- Propose and defend changes if there are differing opinions within the team or if a proposed solution could negatively impact the user experience.
- Ensure consistency of wording across all internal products.
You Are a Good Fit If You Have
- At least six months of experience as a UX Editor in product development and a portfolio with interface case studies.
- An understanding of how a product is created and how text helps solve business problems.
- The ability to edit text directly in Figma without disrupting the structure.
- Knowledge of how to adhere to the Tone of Voice in various communication formats.
- The ability to organize your work and complete tasks without constant supervision or reminders.
- The ability to easily connect with people and explain complex things in simple terms.

- Official salary from 100,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations — we will discuss them at the interview. Please note that from 2025, the personal income tax rate will change depending on your total annual income.
