We are now looking for someone to take charge of all production.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Developing and monitoring the implementation of the content plan for each channel
- Forming, developing, and motivating the production department team (producers, photographer, retoucher)
- Coordinating production processes from pre-production to obtaining final materials
- Systematizing the team's work, assigning tasks to employees, monitoring their completion, and providing feedback on results
- Maintaining and analyzing key performance metrics of the department, budgeting costs, and monitoring the accuracy of departmental document flow
- Developing and implementing photo studio work standards and procedures
- Establishing a shooting and post-production schedule for all areas (catalog, campaigns, lookbooks, and SMM)
- Optimizing and developing the photo and video creative production process — building an effective workflow, identifying bottlenecks, establishing business processes, and improving interaction with other teams
- Collaborating with the Visual Director — participating in idea discussions, helping to adapt concepts in production, and improving the process of transferring and implementing hypotheses
