Responsibilities:

• Organize and control the full cycle of photo and video shoots — from concept development, search for references, locations, props, and models to conducting the shoot and controlling post-production.
• Manage regular content production: plan the calendar, control deadlines, team, contractors, and quality of results.
• Form and control project budgets, manage expenses, document flow, and contractor payments, prepare necessary reports;
• Develop and regulate content production processes: form normative documentation, optimize business processes, and ensure effective interaction between internal teams and external contractors.

Requirements:

• Experience as a video or photo producer for at least 3 years, preferably in the fashion industry;
• Experience organizing shoots in Russia and abroad;
• Understanding of the full production and post-production cycle of photo and video shoots;
• Understanding of the business processes of the fashion industry and the specifics of regular content production / e-commerce catalog;
• English language — B2 level and above;
• Proficient user of MS Office, including working with spreadsheets and presentations.
