Executive Producer for USHATAVA Clothing Brand

USHATAVA clothing brand is looking for an Executive Producer.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and production of the full cycle of photo and video shoots for the company's marketing, brand, commercial, and digital tasks;
• Formation of project teams, selection of contractors and locations, coordination of all stages of content production: pre-production, production, and post-production;
• Planning the shooting calendar, managing deadlines, controlling the quality of materials and the timely release of content for all brand communication channels;
• Managing contractors: searching and developing a partner base, conducting negotiations, controlling the quality of work and document flow;
• Forming and controlling budgets for shooting projects within the approved marketing budget;
• Cross-functional interaction with internal teams, analysis of effectiveness, and optimization of content production processes.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in production of shoots in the fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or premium segment;
• Understanding the specifics of product content and seasonal drops, experience working with a dense launch calendar;
• English language proficiency at B2 level;
• Experience in producing photo and video shoots, managing contractors, budgets, and projects;
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and task trackers;
• Systemic thinking, responsibility, strong communication and organizational skills.
