We currently have partners in 78 regions of the Russian Federation and CIS countries, and we show super sales in federal retail chains and traditional retail channels. We have very ambitious goals, and plan to enter the TOP-3 energy drink brands in the Russian Federation.
We are looking for an executive producer who will become the driver of our filming projects. A person who knows how to organize a process of any complexity, unite a team, maintain a high pace, and bring projects to their final result.
What you will do:
- Organize and support full-cycle projects — from task setting to final implementation.
- Plan the project: form timelines, production plans, and monitor their execution.
- Coordinate the work of internal teams, contractors, and all project participants.
- Organize the preparation of filming processes and ensure their effective implementation.
- Monitor deadlines, quality, and task completion at all stages of the project.
- Coordinate the post-production process, approve materials, and make revisions.
- Plan the project budget, control expenses, and efficiently allocate resources.
- Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, and support the project at all stages.
We expect:
- Experience in project management in production, advertising, events, or related fields.
- Experience in independently managing full-cycle projects.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects without loss of quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience interacting with contractors, internal teams, and external performers.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and systemic thinking.
- Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Proactivity and focus on results — it is important for us that a person takes responsibility for the project and brings it to completion.
