Due to the growing volume of tasks, I am opening a competition for a Content Producer. If you are a systematic and responsible person who always monitors metrics, knows how to increase reach, make videos engaging with a high viewer retention rate, and scale leads from them – read on. You can independently build the process from idea to finished video, understand how to create viral Shorts, and master platform metrics. You are deeply knowledgeable, follow trends, are persistent, purposeful, and driven. You detest GPT-generated scripts; you love to create with soul, excellence, and quality. It's closer contact with the product, the team, faster immersion, living and sleeping in fresh air is better than in the city.
• Remote work is not an option for the company's marketers because life within the project is very active. I used to think a few visits a week were enough, but in reality, with rare presence, you lose connection with colleagues and what's happening, missing important details. A live project requires the same live dedication and momentum.
