Clothing brand SELFMADE is looking for an Executive Producer.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the full cycle of the brand's photo and video projects: pre-production, production, and post-production;
- Formation and control of shooting project budgets within the approved budget;
- Maintaining expense reports, coordinating contracts and payments to contractors, document flow;
- Development of production plans, shooting schedules, and control over project deadlines and timely content release;
- Contractor management: searching and developing a partner base, conducting negotiations, controlling work quality and document flow;
- Coordination of work on the shooting set, prompt resolution of organizational and technical issues;
- Cross-functional interaction with other departments and optimization of content production processes;
- Improving content quality and working on achieving set goals with the team.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a producer of photo and video shoots in the fashion industry;
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel;
- Experience in managing contractors, budgets, and projects;
- Experience in preparing production documentation and maintaining document flow;
- Systemic approach, responsibility, strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
