We are looking for a Head of Producer Team for Yandex Lavka's creative studio.

You will be responsible for managing strategically significant marketing projects and leading a team of 5+ producers, each specializing in their own area.

What tasks await you:

• Leading brand marketing projects: You will be responsible for the full production cycle of 360° campaigns — from strategy to release. You will also need to manage the team's project portfolio, which includes operational marketing, franchise events, and private label packaging development.
• Managing a team of producers: You will lead a team of 5+ producers: oversee task allocation, deadlines, and quality of work, ensure coordination with internal clients, and also develop and support employees, working with their professional goals.
• Working with contractors and budget management: Your tasks will include searching for and selecting external specialists, and conducting tenders. You will control the budget and build effective interaction with contractors.

Requirements:

• You have project production experience and strong skills in this area: you know how to plan, interact with contractors and cross-functional teams, and control deadlines and quality of work for all participants.
• You have managed a team of producers.
• You are capable of building processes: both for individual tasks and for an entire direction.
• You can work with project cost estimates: analyze costs and find cheaper, but equally high-quality options.
• You are proactive and responsible to achieve the highest results.
• You can think outside the box and offer new solutions.
• You are ready to develop in the industry.
