We are looking for a Head of Corporate Functions Procurement Group at Lamoda.
Responsibilities:
- Manage subordinates: assign tasks, monitor their completion, and distribute responsibility for specific categories and additional work areas;
- Develop annual goals for employees (approving them with the direct supervisor if necessary), discuss them during annual and semi-annual performance reviews, and monitor their achievement;
- Ensure the achievement of the company's strategic goals through the implementation of the strategy for the assigned procurement area;
- Develop and implement methodological recommendations for managing assigned procurement categories;
- Lead risk management activities within the entrusted categories;
- Train and motivate department employees, define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor their achievement, and plan succession.
Candidate Profile:
- Team management experience of at least 2 people;
- At least 3 years of experience with marketing services;
- Proven results in cost reduction in assigned procurement categories and implementation of rate cards for Production and MICE;
- Knowledge and understanding of key marketing areas: Performance, Digital, TV, OOH, Indoor, SMM, MICE;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel;
- Experience managing an annual turnover of 3 billion rubles or more.
