Lamoda is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations Planning.
What you will be doing:
- Forming and managing a unified business calendar for customer activations (marketing, product, commercial) to achieve business goals;
- Consolidating marketing, product, commercial, operational, strategic, and financial tasks into a single planning cycle;
- Improving forecasting accuracy and participating in incremental effect assessment;
- Implementing an audience model;
- Ensuring the achievement of IBP business metrics: forecast accuracy, budget efficiency, impact on LTV and P&L.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in roles related to cross-functional management (marketing, product, analytics, finance);
- Product/Project/SNOP/Marketing Operations/Planning;
- Deep understanding of the audience model and customer segment management principles;
- Strong analytical skills: confident data handling, ability to build hypotheses and evaluate campaign effectiveness;
- Ability to negotiate and make decisions in conditions of conflicting priorities;
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional project management;
- Business acumen and data-driven approach: ability to translate marketing activities into financial metrics;
- Systemic thinking, results orientation, and customer centricity.
