What you will do:
- Organize the work of the Marketing Procurement Department in S2C (from request to contract) and O2P (from order to payment) processes for the "Marketing" category;
- Analyze current business processes, develop and implement necessary changes to improve their efficiency;
- Supervise employees, their selection, motivation, training, mentoring, and development;
- Manage supplier relationships, including obtaining the best terms;
- Conduct analytics, planning, and work with reporting.
What we expect:
- Higher professional education (advertising/marketing, economics, procurement, law, and related fields);
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement management with leadership of teams of 10 or more employees;
- Experience in advertising/marketing will be your advantage;
- Knowledge of the market conditions for the category, pricing, and taxation procedures;
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
