A Chef Market foodtech company is looking for a Procurement Director.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement and the entire supply chain "from farm to production":
- Direct functional subordination of the supply department (and potentially the logistics department)
- Procurement primarily directly from manufacturers and/or through tender procedures
- Procurement budget >1 billion rubles per year
- Formulate and implement procurement strategy and tactics by category
- Control departmental processes at the interface with other functions
- Improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency
Implement and develop best commercial and operational practices.
Act as the client for ERP enhancements for procurement functionality.
Motivate and develop the teams of the departments, be a partner for the Top Management and CEO.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant experience in supplying a manufacturing company (food products) for at least 5 years
- Advanced software proficiency: MS Office (Excel), Task trackers, Google Docs
- Sufficient management competencies
