You will definitely succeed if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in organizing procurement in service markets (cleaning, technical maintenance, shift work, catering, etc.)
- From 3 years of team management experience
- Proficiency in supplier market analysis tools
- Ability to set and achieve supplier funnel goals based on market analysis
- Skills in regular positive communication with clients on cost and SLA issues
- Experience in developing technical specifications with an understanding of how their content affects service costs
- Skills in developing and approving contracts with SLAs
- Development of service cost models by category (contract model)
- Analysis and forecasting of the cost dynamics of the main components of the cost of goods sold, experience in forecasting price changes depending on factors forming the government procurement plan (GPP)
- Proficiency in various procurement tools: email, internal and external electronic trading platforms (ETP)
- Experience in forming and implementing service cost optimization programs
- Ability to identify factors that make the holding attractive to suppliers
- Experience in participating in the development of business processes for onboarding new suppliers
- Development and defense of cross-functional projects for service cost optimization and category centralization
- Development and implementation of category strategies, cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience in developing organizational structures: workforce planning, setting goals, tasks, functions, defending organizational structures
