Cloud services provider Cloud.ru is looking for a Head of Procurement
Responsibilities:
- Conducting procurement procedures using ETP (Electronic Trading Platform)
- Sourcing/negotiating with suppliers; maintaining a procurement plan and other reporting
- Participation in the updating of internal regulatory documents on procurement
- Refining and optimizing procurement processes and systems
- Consulting internal customers on procurement issues
Requirements:
- Higher education, additional education in procurement
- Practical procurement experience in various procurement categories, including IT procurement, of at least 5 years
- Experience working with large budgets and complex procurements/technical specifications
- Knowledge/experience with procurement under Federal Law 223 and team management is desirable.
