We are looking for an experienced procurement function leader for a major FMCG company.

This role is suitable for a strong leader who can manage procurement at the function level, work with significant budgets, build transparent and effective processes, and inspire and engage the team, creating a culture of responsibility and results. The position involves a wide management perimeter and significant influence on business results.

In focus of the role:

• increasing the efficiency of the procurement function;
• developing interaction with suppliers;
• process improvement;
• participation in key business initiatives.

Not only strategic vision is important, but also the readiness to delve into details, maintain a high pace, and drive change.

We expect:

• experience in FMCG or another complex manufacturing environment;
• experience in team management and significant budgets;
• strong negotiation skills and a mature management approach.
