#vacancy 🔹Director of Procurement Department International Transport Company
📍Moscow
🔹WHAT WE OFFER: Fixed salary + KPI, discussed individually. Office-based work in Moscow. Labor Code of the Russian Federation, 5/2 schedule, Voluntary Medical Insurance.
🔹RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪️Development and implementation of procurement strategy with a focus on reducing the cost of services and operations of the company's transport fleet, fleet, warehouses, and office. ▪️Management of the total procurement budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and its optimization. ▪️Systematic cost management through procurement tools. ▪️Reduction of total cost in key categories. ▪️Optimization and centralization of procurement processes. ▪️Conducting strategic negotiations with suppliers and achieving the best commercial terms. ▪️Development of long-term partnerships with key suppliers. ▪️Implementation and development of digital tools, including cost analytics. ▪️Ensuring procurement transparency and control over procedure compliance, close interaction with operational and financial departments. ▪️Formation, development, and management of the procurement team.
🔹WE EXPECT: ▪️Higher education (economics, finance). ▪️At least 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 7 years in leadership positions. ▪️Mandatory experience in managing costs through the procurement function. ▪️Proven cases of cost reduction and efficiency increase (impact on EBITDA). ▪️Deep understanding of the cost structure in the transport and logistics business, experience in cost analytics. ▪️Strong negotiation skills and experience working with major suppliers. ▪️Experience managing teams of 20+ employees. ▪️Developed leadership and strategic competencies.
🔹ADVANTAGES WILL BE: Experience in building a cost management / cost control function. Experience implementing should-cost analysis, budgeting, and cost control tools. Experience working in large companies. Knowledge of procurement specifics: rolling stock, fuel and lubricants, repair and maintenance, IT, infrastructure. Experience working under sanctions and import substitution.
