Responsibilities — Manage procurement, logistics, and warehouse (team of up to 10 people) — Develop the import direction, work with international suppliers — Implement regulations, control cost price, participate in pricing — Make the procurement system transparent and scalable
Key Requirements — Procurement experience of 5+ years in premium restaurant holdings (Novikov, WRF, Ginza, etc.) — Import management and negotiations with top-level suppliers — Higher education (economics / logistics / management)
