Head of Foreign Economic Activity, Procurement, and Supply Chain

📍 Moscow, Center 350,000 rubles gross

Reporting to the Head: 10 people: Foreign Economic Activity (FEA), transport logistics, warehouses. Strategic and operational management of the full supply cycle: procurement, planning, foreign economic activity, logistics, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

• Management of FEA, including selection of optimal logistics routes, control of import-export operations, and interaction with customs infrastructure;
• Development and implementation of procurement strategy, management of the procurement process;
• Organization of uninterrupted logistics from China and Europe;
• Management of 2 warehouses: 3PL and proprietary warehouse;
• Work with "Chestny Znak" product labeling

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Expertise in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, FMCG, or retail is welcomed;
• Knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA) and customs legislation;
• Experience working with foreign suppliers and manufacturers;
• Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations will be an advantage
