🔹Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management (focus on China) • Sourcing, auditing, and inspecting foreign suppliers. Achieving the best terms in terms of price, quality, and deadlines. • Handling claims. Reserving suppliers for key positions. • Department development: hiring a team in supplier territories, organizing warehouses and assembly facilities. • Collaborating with the Quality Director for continuous product improvement.
2. Warehouse and Logistics Management (2 production sites) • Organizing the business process of "Internal Logistics". Implementing a cellular storage system. • Inventory Management: controlling turnover, dealing with non-liquid assets, forecasting and planning. • Sourcing logistics partners. Organizing cargo delivery and customs clearance. • Finding solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
3. Analytics, Metrics, and Automation • Developing and implementing KPIs for departments: procurement, warehouse, logistics. • Using AI tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate decision-making. • Building a reporting system for transparent management.
4. Team Building • Hiring top talent ("A" level employees) — warehouse manager, accountants, logisticians. • Delegating authority as competencies are confirmed. • Creating autonomous units capable of implementing improvements without constant managerial involvement.

🔹Our Expectations: Education and Experience: • Higher education (economics, logistics, business administration). • At least 10 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with at least 5 years in a management position. • Experience with shut-off valves. • Experience working with foreign suppliers (mandatory — China), including sourcing, negotiations, inspections, and claims handling. • Conversational English level.
