Industrial-metallurgical holding ACRON HOLDING is looking for a Head of Logistics Department.
Responsibilities:
- Budget formation: analysis of transportation costs and identification of deviations from the budget
- Team leadership, employee development and motivation, participation in staff recruitment for the department
- Daily monitoring of incoming orders, their operational distribution among executors, quality control of route planning
- Monitoring of key performance indicators: delivery timeliness, downtime, cost per trip
- Management of own and hired transport
- Coordination with related departments (production, warehouse, sales, procurement, accounting)
- Development of proposals for automation of transport logistics processes
- Summarizing the department's work results weekly and monthly and communicating the results to department employees
- Monitoring the transport services market, studying tariffs, competitive offers, changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation and international agreements
- Statistical reporting for management, preparation of presentation materials
Requirements:
- Higher education (logistics, economics/management, mathematics/IT, engineering – as a plus)
- Experience as Head of Logistics Department in large companies
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people – process organization, training, control, performance evaluation
- Systematic approach to KPI – experience in developing and implementing performance indicators for the department
- Proficient PC user, experience with 1C, Bitrix24, knowledge of "Chestny Znak"
- Skills in working with large volumes of information in a multitasking mode
- Practical experience in optimizing warehouse processes, change management, and implementation
- Ability to influence processes through agreements and teamwork (IT/operations/finance/procurement/transport)
- High engagement, responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills
- Information analysis skills, preparation of statistical reports and presentation materials
