The auto parts supplier TruckMotors invites the Head of Regional Warehouse Logistics to join the team.
What you will be doing:
- Managing regional warehouses: monitoring process compliance, setting up and testing new technologies, making suggestions for WMS improvements, and analyzing the effectiveness of current algorithms.
- Managing employee timesheets – transparently and without "manual" chaos.
- Participating in warehouse openings and relocations: preparing budgets, developing instructions, regulations, and business processes for new units.
- Designing warehouse layouts, calculating the necessary equipment for launching new locations and developing existing ones.
- Staying in touch with on-site teams: supporting, training, consulting, and helping them work effectively.
What is truly important for the company:
- Real experience in warehouse logistics of 4+ years.
- Ability to manage distributed regional warehouses remotely.
- Skill in working with large data sets in Excel – no panic when facing spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of WMS and 1C (at a confident user level).
- Willingness to travel on business – to see the processes firsthand.
