What we offer
- Full-time remote work. Work from wherever you are comfortable.
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Income up to 150,000 rubles net. Everything is fair: a base salary of 50,000 + KPI + a percentage of the result (average income for similar roles is currently 100–120,000 rubles net).
- Support from the logistics team in St. Petersburg. We won't leave you with a problem — we'll solve it together.
- Clear rules: how we handle requests, statuses, documents.
What you will be doing
You will be accompanying a shipment from the client's call to the signed acceptance:
- Search for and verify carriers, vehicles, and drivers (to avoid surprises).
- Negotiate rates and document all conditions in writing.
- Control delivery, loading, and transit — to ensure the shipment isn't "lost".
- Solve problems: breakdowns, downtime, additional payments, rescheduling. We don't leave you alone, but independence is key for us.
- Develop a pool of reliable carriers in the region.
What we value in candidates
- You have actually worked with carriers, not just looked at a map.
- You know who transports what and on what vehicles in Zabaykalsky Krai.
- You can negotiate and stick to agreements.
- You understand what margin is and can calculate the economics of a shipment.
- You don't "disappear" when working remotely: keep in touch regarding active shipments, update statuses.
It would be great if you have experience with oversized cargo, low-loaders, container trucks, or transportation through Manzhouli / China. This is a big plus.
We are waiting for you if you:
- Live in Zabaykalsky Krai.
- Want to earn more than just from "calls".
- Are ready to work remotely and transparently.
How to find us and what to include in your application
Just send your application and be sure to include:
- Your city.
- Which routes you have worked with.
- What types of transport you can cover through your carrier pool.
Apply — we will consider everyone!
