Spot Logistician

This vacancy is for those who already have a primary job but have the time and energy to earn more.

You will only take on the most interesting parts – trading and spot (connecting cargo ↔ truck). All operational tasks (documents, control, in-transit issues) remain with us.

• You only do what you do best – negotiate and find a carrier

What you will be doing:

• Search for requests (loads) on trading platforms.
• Select carriers for them on the spot market.
• Work on exchanges: Attracs, Loginet, etc., conduct negotiations.
• Hand over the completed "cargo + carrier" connection to a staff employee.
• That's it. The company handles everything else.

What you will NOT be doing (this is important):

• You don't initiate the trip
• You don't control movement
• You don't collect documents
• You don't solve in-transit problems

Only spot, rates, and connections.

Our expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience in transport logistics.
• Confident work on ATI.SU — mandatory.
• Skill in negotiation and handling carrier objections.
• Stress resistance, persistence, results orientation.
• A plus: a ready-made database of carriers.
