The Alcohol Siberian Group is looking for a Head of Procurement Group (Technical Procurement).
Alcohol Siberian Group is one of the TOP-3 largest alcohol companies in Russia. The portfolio includes legendary brands: "Pyat Ozyor", "Belaya Beryozka", "Khaski", and the flagship of the super-premium segment — Siberian Express.
The main task is to support two plants in terms of purchasing equipment, spare parts, as well as services related to its operation.
Team Management and Coordination (2 managers):
- Developing a long-term category strategy
- Organizing and conducting preliminary supplier qualification
- Conducting tenders and electronic auctions based on the technical specifications of internal customers
- Conducting commercial negotiations with contractors
- Formulating and implementing initiatives aimed at reducing/maintaining costs by category, as well as improving the service provided to the plant (procurement, contractor service quality, etc.)

- An expert in technical procurement
- Have management experience in procurement
- Possess developed communication skills, can find compromises, and defend your position with arguments
- Have experience in building and systematizing procurement processes in a department
- Have worked with programs: 1C, Excel
- It will be an additional advantage if you have expert knowledge of technical equipment in production
