Areas of Responsibility:
- Management of procurement, foreign economic activity (FEA), production, warehouse, and the Chinese office — a team of about 30 people.
- Responsibility for the operational and financial results of the division, including project profitability.
- Management of timelines, quality, cost, and efficiency of project implementation.
- Development of managers, teams, and management systems.
- Optimization and scaling of processes, resource and priority management.
- Implementation of AI tools and automation to increase business efficiency.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 6 years of management experience, including leadership of multiple departments and managers.
- Has a good understanding of the specifics of working with China, international procurement, production, FEA, and logistics.
- Knows how to manage the division's economics: cost, profitability, and operational indicators.
- Has experience in scaling processes and managing a large number of parallel projects.
- Confidently uses AI tools in their work.
- Possesses Chinese and/or English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
