Executive Producer of a Feature Film
About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Producer with experience in large-scale 3D animated feature films! If you can inspire a team, think modernly, and have a positive attitude towards new technologies and AI, join us – together we will create animation that will captivate audiences!
About the Tasks
- Development and control of the project budget
- Participation in the selection of key specialists in collaboration with HR
- Approval of candidates and control over the observance of labor and author contracts
- Planning of production stages, development and control of schedules
- Organization and coordination of all stages of the production process
- Interaction with creative and technical teams
- Resolution of organizational and production issues at all stages of the project
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Producer or Producer of feature animated films (3D)
- Practical experience in developing and managing budgets, budget control
- Skills in planning and organizing complex production processes
- Knowledge of animation production specifics and modern technologies is mandatory
- Experience in implementing AI tools into the classic pipeline
Conditions
- Employment under a civil law contract for the duration of the project
- Work in a cozy studio office on Akademika Koroleva Street (hybrid format)
