SMM at Dodo means federal and local channels on Telegram and VK, viral media on YouTube and TikTok, dozens of content experiments, and over 50 million organic reach monthly. We don't just follow trends — we create our own formats that last long and work for the brand.
We are currently looking for a Reels maker to help us rebuild our federal Instagram and create content that people want to watch till the end, share with friends, and discuss. We need someone who understands how short video algorithms work, can come up with their own formats, and turn ideas into videos with millions of views. The activities of Meta Platforms Inc and its products Instagram and Facebook are prohibited in the Russian Federation
What will you be doing?
— Revive the brand's federal account and develop the short video content direction; — Develop and launch new Reels formats that can consistently get into recommendations and gather an audience. Among our examples are "Ask Dodo", "Chef Kostya", "Dodo Kitchen"; — Full content creation cycle: idea generation, scriptwriting, organizing and conducting shoots, editing, publishing; — Generate ideas independently and with the team during brainstorms; — Keep track of trends, formats, and changes in social platform algorithms; — Analyze content metrics, test hypotheses, and improve results based on data; — Interact with SMM teams, copywriters, designers, and illustrators; — Maintain a content plan, present ideas, and coordinate the content creation process; — In the future, manage and produce several brand media simultaneously.
What experience is important to us?
— Successful case studies in your portfolio: accounts or projects with an average of 30 thousand views per video on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok; — Experience with mobile shooting and video editing; — Ability to create videos that hold attention and gain organic views; — Good understanding of Reels, TikTok, and Shorts algorithms; — Ability to come up with viral stories and formats for short videos; — Independently write scripts and organize the shooting process; — Understand how to analyze content results and find growth points; — Possess good visual awareness, a sense of aesthetics, and creative thinking; — Write competently and be able to clearly convey ideas.
Will be a strong plus:
— Experience with serial vertical formats; — Experience with food content or in the public catering industry; — Experience in content production and coordinating the work of other team members; — Experience developing media concepts or content projects from scratch.
