Reels Maker

We are looking for a professional Reels Maker for our international AI automation company.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Brainstorming creative ideas and writing scripts for short vertical videos (for social networks, YouTube Shorts, VK Clips).
• Full production cycle.
• Post-production: Adding trending music, color correction, adding dynamic subtitles (understanding that videos are watched without sound).
• Trend Analysis: Regular monitoring of social media algorithms, searching for fresh trends, and adapting them to the brand's theme.
• Publication: Writing engaging headlines/texts and timely posting.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in creating vertical video content (a portfolio with case studies is mandatory).
• Own equipment (smartphone with a good camera or professional camera, lavalier microphone, gimbal).
• Confident use of mobile or desktop editing software (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Good eye for content, creativity, sense of rhythm and style.

Conditions:

• Salary: from 50,000 RUB (depending on the number of videos and experience).
• Format: Remote, hybrid, or full-time in the office if you are from Saint Petersburg.
• Work schedule: 5/2 (or part-time/project-based work).
