Video Editor / AI Creator

We are looking for a video editor for project-based cooperation 🙌

This is not a full-time position: we will involve the specialist in individual tasks as projects arise. The main format of work is creating short videos and advertising creatives based on a ready-made technical specification from our Project Manager.

Experience with AI generation will be a significant advantage, but not mandatory. We are also considering strong video editors who do not yet work with neural networks.

Conditions:

Format: remote, contract, project-based work. Payment: up to €30 per video creative up to one minute long — depending on the complexity of the task. Materials: video, photos, and texts from the client are provided. Communication with the client is handled by the Project Manager — the specialist works according to the ready-made technical specification and team feedback.

Tasks:

• Edit Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and other short vertical videos. • Create advertising video creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. • Edit videos from ready-made materials: make cuts, add inserts, subtitles, music, and sound effects. • Create videos from scratch using AI tools — depending on the task and the specialist's skills. • Add animation, graphic elements, and titles. • Adapt video materials for different formats and platforms. • Make edits based on team feedback.

What is important to us:

• Experience in editing short vertical videos and advertising creatives. • Understanding the principles of creating advertising content: dynamics, structure, the first few seconds, and attention retention. • Visual awareness and a sense of visual style. • Attention to the technical specification and details. • Responsibility, diligence, and adherence to deadlines. • Initiative and willingness to offer your ideas. • Experience in creating AI content — will be a big plus.

Specific programs and tools are not critical — the quality of the result and the ability to complete the task according to the technical specification are important.
